Laura's Myers Taylor Bbituary
Laura Denise (Hanna Myers) Taylor, 66, was born in Kellogg, Idaho, daughter of Dennis and Marilyn Myers. Laura passed away peacefully in her sleep on the afternoon of Thursday, July 6, 2023 with her daughter by her side. Laura attended Sentinel High School (Missoula, MT) and Clark College (Vancouver, WA). She loved framed art, blues music, the Wizard of Oz, lions, lilacs, sunflowers, and bumble bees. Laura fondly recounted spending her youthful summers with family at Flathead Lake in Montana. Later in life she enjoyed trips to the beach and outdoor blues concerts with her husband and friends.
Laura was a free spirit, strong and fierce. She said it how it was, wrote her own rules, and lived her own way. Her family will always remember her badassery and long blond hair. Though she did have soft spots, in particular for children and animals. She was a proud supporter of the World Wildlife Fund and Ocean Conservancy. She could not witness any part of a wedding without bursting into tears.
Laura is finally reunited with her loving husband, Michael Taylor, who passed away nearly three years prior on September 10, 2023. She is survived by her two daughters, LaReé Stashek and Cailey Felton, her brother Mike Myers and his partner Ginny, her sister Denise and brother-in-law Bob Burnham, and her nephew Jason Myers. https://everloved.com/life-of/laura-myers-taylor/obituary/
